The Desert Ridge is one of the hottest new restaurants in town, and its owners are trying to make sure that their new restaurant stays one of them.
In a recent interview with Vice News, David McNeil and his wife Sarah told the Las Vegas Review-Journal that the couple have put together a group of managers that will help make the place a success, but they’ll also have to hire the right ones.
“We’re looking for the right people.
We’re looking at people that we know are passionate about their jobs,” McNeil said.
The owners say that they’re hiring a full-time chef and restaurant owner, but the employees will be responsible for making sure the restaurant stays “in the forefront of the dining experience.”
While it sounds like a lot of work, the McNeils say they think that they’ll have a lot to offer the Las Vegans who come to the Desert Ridge.
The restaurant has plans for a new bar, a rooftop deck, a new rooftop garden, and a private dining room.
The McNeil brothers have also secured an investment from a local investor that would help fund the construction of the restaurant and other improvements.
“This is something that we’re working toward.
We don’t want to be a tourist attraction, we want to make a difference,” McNeill said.
