The first thing to know about the new Palm Desert home is that it’s going to be a lot bigger than the previous home you saw.
This one is almost five times the size of the previous one.
It’s going on 1,200 square feet and has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
That’s a lot of room.
And it will cost you $30,000.
That price includes the $30k down payment, plus $2,500 in down payment fees.
It’ll be built in the same month the house opens, but that’s not when you’ll get to view it.
And the actual house will not open until February at the earliest.
This is an exclusive listing for the Desert View Homes in Palm Desert, California.
But if you are in the area, you may want to consider a smaller one.
The listing says that you can get this home for $25,000 or less, which is great news for people looking to save money on a new home.
But we’re not quite there yet.
We’re going to explore how to build a house that’s much bigger than it was in the previous video.
The house will be built on a 3,200-square-foot lot and will include two levels, one that’s for storage, one for living, and a roof deck that can be topped with a patio.
The whole lot is also going to have a garage.
And while the house is going to cost more, it will have fewer moving parts, because the new home is going on the market for the first time.
So it will not have to be transported on a trailer.
That means that you don’t have to move all of the stuff you’ll need, like a garage, to make it happen.
And if you do have to transport it, you can probably do that in a car.
And you won’t need to build it on a lot, because that will be a little more expensive.
But the house will have more than just a lot.
You’ll also be able to live in it.
The lot will have a kitchen and bathroom, but it won’t be built into it.
It will be on a foundation that is a little bit different than the existing house, which has a foundation with a shed, so you can just walk in and go from there.
But that’s a little tricky.
You’re going be able, for example, to build up to five bedrooms and two bathrooms.
And when you look at the photos, you see that there will be two living areas.
The first will be the master bedroom, which will be just big enough for two people.
The second will be for the children.
And there will also be a bathroom, a kitchen, and bedrooms in the garage.
So this is a very different style of home.
So the question is, will this house sell?
That depends on how fast the demand is.
If it’s very, very hot, like at the beginning of February, you might not get a lot in the neighborhood.
But it’ll be a pretty good deal.
But then it’ll go up in price once you get a bit cooler.
That could happen as early as February.
Or it might go up a little sooner.
You can’t predict that.
And then it might get a little warmer, and then it will fall out of favor.
But in the meantime, you’ll probably be able get a house for $20k or $30K.
